Our New Reset Program

Beginning Tuesday, October 15th we launch the full 3 and 30 program, based on the scripture passage from John 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease”. This program was developed through prayer, collected research, and lived experience.

The aim of the “3 and 30” reset is to take a 30 day cycle and purge some of our attachments. The sacrifices we make in choosing healthier foods, exercising daily, daily prayer, less screen time, and intellectual reading are offered back to God in thanksgiving and supplication. We give thanks for the gift of our life.

We make supplication in three ways; 1) In reparation for the times we’ve taken our life for granted. 2) For God to bless other people, who struggle with the same vices we do, with His abundant grace of conversion. 3) For the souls in purgatory who left this earth with attachments unrepented and unrepaired. Through our sacrifice, we ask God to bless all souls in purgatory; particularly from of our own family bloodline and those souls who struggled with the same vices we carry today.

The 3 and 30 Reset program was blessed after the feast day Mass of St Thérèse of Lisieux on October 1, 2024, by a Catholic priest. She is one of our many Patron Saints.
